Baked oatmeal

 

Baked oatmeal is a great way to start the day with a healthy and filling meal. Easy to prepare and full of nutritional value, it is the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy a delicious breakfast without spending too much time.

Przepis

  • 1 banana

  • ⅔ cup oats

  • ⅔ cup plant milk

  • ⅓ cup nuts

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup frozen forest fruit

  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut

 

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • agave syrup

Ingredients

Chinese dish 
  1. To a baking pan add 1 banana and mach.

  2. Add oats, seeds, nuts and mix.

  3. On top add frozen fruit and coconut.

  4. Bake at 180 C for 30min. 

  5. Serve with yogurt and agave
