Baked sweet potatos

 

Sweet potatoes, also known as sweet potatoes, are a versatile vegetable that can be used in many recipes. Their natural sweetness and creamy texture make them an ideal ingredient for a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts.

Przepis

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • half a cup of pecan nuts

  • 30g feta cheese

  • a handful of arugula

  • salt and pepper

  • half a lemon

  • oil

  • 2 tablespoons of tahini sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic sauce

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Cut the potatoes into halves.

  3. season with salt, pepper and lemon juice

  4. drizzle the potatoes with olive oil

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, flesh side down

 

Prepare the tahini sauce:

  1. Mix tahini with balsamic dressing and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper

  2. When the potatoes are ready, mash the flesh with a fork and decorate with chopped nuts, crumbled feta and arugula.

  3. Finally, pour the sauce over it
