And he doesn't know because, after all, no one taught us this, not since today do we know that our education system is outdated, after all, no one had to explain to our grandparents how the liver functions or how insulin behaves. He didn't have to, because it wasn't such a big problem. The shelves in the stores weren't stacked with processed foods, we got more exercise, and we ate less. This world has already changed, and it's time to educate ourselves and know the risks.
Of course, diseases of various kinds are a complex issue, because it's not just about food at all. It is also important what kind of environment we live in, what kind of genes we have and what kind of bacterial flora we have built up since conception. All of this in truth is important 😊. Therefore, never try to compare yourself to someone else, the only person we could compare ourselves to is our monozygotic twin 😉.
