About me - Nutri Harmony, Holistic Nutritionist in Eindhoven

Hey my name is Patricia and I am a nutritionist by passion. I'm here to help you learn how to live a healthy lifestyle so that you never have to feel bad about your body and spirit again.

I know from experience that this path is not easy, even more so if your eating style has so far been far from healthy. Even if you think you are taking care of yourself and trying to eat healthy, but nevertheless you still have some problem with unnecessary pounds, I assure you that it is not your fault and the problem may lie where you least expect it.

For several years I have been dealing with the issues of healthy nutrition of our body, how it affects our health and well-being, and above all how our body functions.

Until now, I can't understand that the average person doesn't know this and doesn't realize how much of an impact what we put in our mouths has on our bodies. And he doesn't know because, after all, no one taught us this, not since today do we know that our education system is outdated, after all, no one had to explain to our grandparents how the liver functions or how insulin behaves. He didn't have to, because it wasn't such a big problem. The shelves in the stores weren't stacked with processed foods, we got more exercise, and we ate less. This world has already changed, and it's time to educate ourselves and know the risks.

Of course, diseases of various kinds are a complex issue, because it's not just about food at all. It is also important what kind of environment we live in, what kind of genes we have and what kind of bacterial flora we have built up since conception. All of this in truth is important 😊. Therefore, never try to compare yourself to someone else, the only person we could compare ourselves to is our monozygotic twin 😉.

Sam/ a see it's not as easy as they say just a deficit and you will lose weight maybe, but permanently? Is just a deficit enough? Do you only care about looking super in a bikini for the vacations? Do you want to permanently feel good about yourself and just be healthy.

Remember almost everything can be fixed, because our body heals itself, repairs itself regulates itself. These are such complicated processes that it is fascinating.

All you have to do is to be a friend to yourself and help it do so by acting consistently.

My mission is to provide comprehensive dietary care and health support to my patients. I strive to improve their well-being and body condition through an individualized approach to each person.
