Colorful Energy Bowl

This colorful bowl is a quick, light and healthy salad, combining fresh vegetables, creamy avocado and hard-boiled egg. Crunchy pickles and radish add a punch, while vegan mayonnaise enhances the flavor. Perfect for any time of day!

  • Mixed salads handful
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon corn
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 0.5 green cucumbers
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise

Ingredients

Chinese dish 

✅ Hard-boil the egg (approx. 8-10 minutes). Once cooled, peel and cut into quarters.

✅Prepare the vegetables:

  • Avocado: Cut in half, remove the pit, peel and slice.
  • Dried cucumber: Cut into slices.
  • Gherkin: Cut into half-slices.
  • Radish: Cut into thin slices.

 

✅Assemble the bowl:

  • Place a handful of mixed salad on the bottom of the bowl.
  • Evenly spread the avocado slices, egg pieces, pickled cucumbers, green cucumber and radish on the lettuce.
  • Add a spoonful of corn on top.

 

✅Finishing:

  • Add a spoonful of vegan mayonnaise on top or mix with the vegetables.

✅Serving: You can serve the salad right away. Enjoy!
