Greek beans are a delicious and nutritious dish that combines the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Beans are an excellent source of plant protein, fiber, and B vitamins and minerals such as iron and magnesium, making this dish ideal for those concerned about a healthy and balanced diet.

Przepis

  • 500 g of white beans

  • 2 sprigs of celery

  • 1 carrot

  • canned tomatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • a teaspoon of lovage

  • a teaspoon of oregano

  • salt pepper

Ingredients

  1. Soak the beans overnight

  2. Grate the carrots

  3. Cut the celery into small pieces

  4. Pour water over the beans and vegetables and cook until soft

  5. Finally, add tomatoes, pressed garlic and season to taste
