1 avocado
lemon juice
a handful of coriander
garlic

Boil the potatoes in their jackets
Spread on a baking tray and crush with a glass
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika
Mix avocado, coriander, garlic and juice from a whole lemon.
