Pasta with vegetable paste

 

Pasta with vegetable paste is a tasty and healthy dish that is sure to appeal to both vegans and lovers of traditional cuisine. This combination of tender pasta and flavorful vegetable paste is not only full of flavor, but also rich in nutritional value, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Przepis

  • 100 g cherry tomates

  • 1 zuccini

  • 1 peppers

  • 100g mushrooms

  • 1 small onion

  • 4 garlic

  • 1 tbsp seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 120 ml oat cream of simple cream

  • 120 ml water

  • 1 tbs tomato paste

  • pasta for 4 servings

  • ½ cup of cooked beans

Ingredients

Pasta with vegetable paste
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Chop all the vegetables and put them in the dish.

  3. Pour olive oil and season.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Cook pasta.

  6. After 30 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven and throw them into the blender.

  7. Add tomato paste, cream and beans.

  8. Mix with cooked pasta.

  9. Enjoy your meal :)
