100 g cherry tomates
1 zuccini
1 peppers
100g mushrooms
1 small onion
4 garlic
1 tbsp seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
120 ml oat cream of simple cream
120 ml water
1 tbs tomato paste
pasta for 4 servings
½ cup of cooked beans
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Chop all the vegetables and put them in the dish.
Pour olive oil and season.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta.
After 30 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven and throw them into the blender.
Add tomato paste, cream and beans.
Mix with cooked pasta.
